Greg has been with Forte for over 16 years and brings more than 35 years of experience in business advisory services, managing international operations, joint venture management, global sales, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Forte, he served as Vice President at Lear Corporation, leading global sales for a $4 billion automotive OEM division and managing a $875 million division across ten countries, including a joint venture with Mitsubishi in Tokyo.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, Greg served eight years as a Captain and Chief Electronic Warfare Officer for the Air Force Special Operations Command.

Before joining Forte in 2019, Jake was a financial management consultant and auditor at Grant Thornton LLP, where he worked on audits and filings for clients ranging from startups to publicly traded companies valued over $1 billion. He also led the implementation of new GAAP standards for one of Pennsylvania's leading healthcare providers, resulting in the reclassification of millions of dollars in company assets.
